## Build a reusable AI campaign brief your team can actually review

Create a campaign brief with traceable claims, clear decisions, useful review criteria, and fewer rounds of vague feedback. Includes a worked example and reusable prompts.

### Use a brief that leaves gaps visible

Create a one-page campaign brief from this evidence packet: [sources with identifiers and dates]. Include audience situation, customer problem, offer, supporting evidence, central message, next action, channels, success definition, constraints, owners, and open decisions. Separate verified facts, proposed ideas, and assumptions. Attach source identifiers to claims. Use UNKNOWN when information is missing. Do not invent statistics, customer quotes, guarantees, deadlines, or scarcity.

### Review decisions before polishing sentences

Review this campaign brief: [brief]. Check audience specificity, evidence for the promise, clarity of the next action, delivery feasibility, and observability of success. Mark each pass, revise, or unknown and explain using exact passages. Find contradictions and unsupported claims. Separate must-fix issues from preferences. Suggest three questions for the responsible human reviewers; do not rewrite the entire brief or approve publication.

### Your exercise

1. Collect five approved facts about one current offer and label their sources.
2. Generate the brief, resolve its unknowns, and have the relevant owners review it.
3. Draft two channel assets from the approved version and compare their promises and next actions.

### Review checklist

- [ ] The audience’s job and the business goal are both explicit.
- [ ] Claims have evidence and a human owner.
- [ ] The offer and next action stay consistent across channels.
- [ ] Success is observable and distinct from intermediate engagement.

## Turn one customer question into a week of useful marketing content

Build a practical content sequence from a real customer question, with distinct jobs for each asset, source checks, and reusable prompts.

### Write one dependable answer first

Help me answer this audience question: [question]. Evidence and experience I can use: [source packet]. Audience situation: [context]. Draft a practical answer with direct explanation, steps, a worked example, important exceptions, and a sensible next action. Flag missing facts and distinguish hypothetical examples from observed results. Do not invent customer quotes, statistics, product capabilities, or personal experience.

### Adapt without losing the facts

Turn this approved answer into a five-part content sequence: [answer]. Channels and constraints: [channels]. For each asset specify its distinct reader job, new information it contributes, format, source facts, outline, and next action. Keep offer details consistent. Flag overlap and unsupported claims. Do not produce five paraphrases of the same advice. Then draft only the first asset for review.

### Your exercise

1. Select one documented customer question and write the decision it prevents someone from making.
2. Build an approved source answer with one original example and one explicit exception.
3. Plan three distinct assets, publish only after review, and record the next questions readers raise.

### Review checklist

- [ ] The question has an identifiable source, and private details are removed.
- [ ] Every asset adds a distinct piece of useful information.
- [ ] Examples, quotes, and results are represented accurately.
- [ ] The next action fits the reader’s situation and the asset’s purpose.
