## 1. Know your numbers

Use the first sale or a clearly stated payback period. Mark uncertain inputs as assumptions. Keep revenue, costs, inquiries and customers in the same period.

- Revenue collected per new customer: $
- Variable delivery cost per customer (labor, fulfillment, payment fees, expected refunds): $
- Reserve for overhead and profit: $
- Other acquisition costs per customer (management, creative and sales allocation): $
- Qualified inquiry-to-customer rate: %
- Sources, dates and uncertainty in these inputs:

Room for ad spend per customer = revenue - delivery cost - overhead/profit reserve - other acquisition costs.
Room for ad spend per qualified inquiry = room per customer x inquiry-to-customer rate.

These are planning ceilings, not forecasts, guaranteed results, or bid settings. If the customer allowance is zero or negative, review the offer and costs before planning an ad test. Consider how quickly you must recover spending.

## 2. Choose your buyer and offer

- One buyer and the situation that makes this useful:
- The offer, deliverable and next customer action:
- Evidence of demand and questions still to answer:
- Why Meta fits this customer and offer:

## 3. Draft three creative angles

- A problem demonstration:
- Your process:
- A concrete explanation of the deliverable:
- Evidence supporting each claim:

## 4. Connect the follow-through

- Ad -> landing page or lead form -> qualified inquiry -> response -> booking -> customer:
- What counts as a qualified inquiry:
- Who responds and the response time they can maintain:
- Follow-up message and next action:
- How you will check the page/form and destination before spending:

## 5. Define one bounded test

- What you want to learn and what you will change:
- Total test spend and loss limit:
- Measurement source and review date:
- Customer cash-payback period:
- Evidence needed to continue, change or stop:
- What remains unknown if very few conversions arrive:

## 6. Review and decide

- What happened (counts, costs and time period):
- What you learned:
- Your next decision and its limits:
