01 / Choose one buyer

Describe the person, the situation that triggers the need, and what they do today. Avoid “everyone who needs marketing.”

Example: A solo consultant whose referrals have slowed and who needs a repeatable way to start qualified conversations.

02 / Name the useful outcome

What concrete deliverable or change can you provide? Separate what you control from results you cannot promise.

Example: A focused landing page brief and follow-up sequence; not a promise of ten clients.

03 / Define the offer

Write the deliverables, scope limits, timeline, price, and what the customer needs to provide.

Make the buying decision specific: one audience, one offer, one page, one revision.

04 / Match objections to evidence

List three reasons someone might hesitate. Next to each, name an honest proof point or a question you still need to answer.

Use relevant examples, process details, or a sample deliverable. Do not invent testimonials or results.

05 / Draft the page message

Write a headline with the outcome, a sentence naming who it helps, three deliverables, and one next action.

Headline starter: Get [specific deliverable] so you can [practical next step]. CTA starter: See the scope / Book a fit call.

06 / Check understanding

Show the draft to someone in the audience. Ask: Who is this for? What do you get? What happens next? Record misunderstandings and one revision.

Success means they can explain the offer in their own words, not simply that they like the design.
