MarketingCoach is run by Ashley Kays as part of Waymaker. This page explains what this website collects and why. It covers the site at marketingcoach.cc only.
When you request the free workbook
- What we collect: your email address, your first name if you give it, whether you ticked the optional marketing box, the page you requested it from, and campaign tags (utm source, medium, and campaign) if the link you followed had them.
- Why: to email you the workbook you asked for. That is the only email a request sends.
- Marketing email is optional. We only send tips and occasional service updates if you tick the box and click the confirmation link we email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect before any further marketing email is sent.
- Delivery records: we keep a record of each request, whether our email provider accepted it, and delivery, bounce, or spam-complaint notices, so we don’t repeatedly email an address that can’t receive mail.
- Abuse protection: to limit automated submissions we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) in a counter that is deleted within a day.
Who processes it
- Railway hosts this website and its database.
- Resend sends our email and reports delivery events.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used (pages viewed, links clicked, downloads, and whether a form was submitted). We send it no email addresses, names, or form contents, strip query strings other than campaign tags from page addresses, and turn off Google signals and ad personalization.
We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your request record while it is useful for delivering the workbook and any email you’ve agreed to receive. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so we honour that choice. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we’ll keep only what we need to avoid emailing you again if you ask us to.
Your choices
- Download every workbook directly without giving an email address.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing email.
- Ask what we hold about you, or for correction or deletion, by replying to any MarketingCoach email or through the booking page.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” links open a Cal.com scheduling page run by Waymaker Agency. Information you enter there is handled under that service’s terms.
